Helpful Things to Know

When will my order ship?

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days via USPS Priority Mail service. Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Please note that due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, there may be shipping delays with the carrier.  We do not ship internationally at the moment. 

What is your return policy?

We take pride in making a great product. Our handmade candles are wrapped with tissue paper, recyclable honeycomb kraft paper and packed with biodegradable peanuts to protect them. If the product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can file a claim with the shipping carrier. Once your item is returned to us, we will mail you a replacement. If the candle is defective due to an error on your end, a replacement or refund will not be processed.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you have placed an order that you need to cancel, please contact us ASAP.  We will do our best to cancel the order in a timely manner and issue a refund.

How do you handle lost orders?

Once your package is shipped, we are not responsible for it being lost or stolen. Please keep track of your product via the tracking number we provide so that you are updated of its whereabouts.
