Five minutes could be enough to fuel your mind, body, and soul. Whether you are a busy professional, a mom, or a student, these five-minute self-care tips will help you relax anytime, anywhere!

 

DEEP BREATHING: 

Deep breathing can give you instant calm. It helps to improve focus and lower stress levels. Try these simple steps and see for yourself:

  • Inhale deeply for 3-4 seconds and hold it for the same time

  • Exhale slowly in 5-6 seconds. Repeat it for 3-4 times

This will trigger your mind to initiate a relaxation response, giving you instant relief.

 

LIGHT A SCENTED CANDLE:
